Human vs. AI Strengths

In the age of AI, who does it best?

Some view AI as a tool that will inevitably replace human jobs
Others view it as a tool to augment human performance

The reality is that both will lead to job loss
However, both will also lead to job creation

The opportunity now lies in perfecting the art and science of knowing WHAT to automate, WHAT to elevate, and HOW to design for both

Effectively designing for human-AI organizational systems that deliver impactful execution starts with a strong understanding of what AI and humans uniquely bring to the table

From there, the fun begins in determining what components of the work (i.e. business process, workflow, etc.) humans should own verses AI, and what type of work is reimagined by the synergistic collaboration of both
